Eye 2介绍了一个革命性的设计，Perimeter Weighting。把铁的重量分散到杆面的周边位置，这个设计真是一石二鸟。1.重量到周围，增大击球甜点。2.提高转动惯量(MOI)。如果没有击到甜点，球照样还可以打起来。高的MOI值，也就是我们通常说的纠错能力强。而且在Eye 2之前，铁杆的设计是越长的杆，杆面越小。长铁的杆面比球大不了多少，而Eye 2的长铁都是大杆面，给球员很强的信心。
这款杆简直就是初学者的救星。Karsten的过人之处不在于他设计了第一款初学者使用的杆，而且Eye 2在职业选手当中反应也是非常不错的。别看杆不太美观，但是职业选手照样可以打出左旋球和右旋球。10年前职业选手还有用Eye 2赢得比赛的。这款杆有一定收藏价值而且保值性超强
